  2. I've had the book This Is The Mass all my life but I always thought this was a mocked up altar for the photo shoot it doesn't look right it has a twentieth century fox set look also how else can there be pictures of the archbishop as he faces the cross ?

    Likely wreckovated by Sheen's successor (Msgr. Edward Thomas O'Meara).

  6. I believe the altar boy is his nephew. His niece(the boys mother)is still alive. I was able to see the display of Bp Sheen's belongings a year ago at St Agnes' in Manhattan.

  7. Good old Saint Agnes. I attended St. Agnes Boy's High School on East 44th Street and remember the old St. Agnes church before it was destroyed by a fire.
